1. Services

WebLR Solutions provides digital infrastructure services for healthcare practices, including but not limited to website development, booking systems, patient management tools, SEO optimization, and digital presence management. The specific scope of work is defined in individual client agreements.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All custom-built solutions (websites, systems, databases) created for your practice are owned by you upon full payment. You receive complete source code, database access, and hosting credentials. WebLR retains no proprietary lock on any client deliverables.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual agreements. Generally:

• One-time setup fees are paid 50% upfront, 50% on delivery
• Monthly management fees are billed at the start of each month
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• GST applicable as per Indian tax regulations

4. Cancellation Policy

Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of all deliverables created during the engagement. There are no exit fees or penalties.

5. Data & Compliance

All systems are built to comply with applicable Indian healthcare regulations and ABDM standards. Patient data is handled with strict confidentiality. See our Privacy Policy for detailed data handling practices.

6. Medical Marketing Compliance

All marketing content and strategies created through our services comply with Indian Medical Council guidelines. We do not create misleading claims, fake testimonials, or comparative advertising. All content focuses on awareness, information, and reputation management within ethical boundaries.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific patient growth numbers as results depend on factors including location, specialty, competition, and market conditions. We guarantee our systems will function as specified and will optimize them continuously.
